There has been a lot of chatter about Halifax's most recent major event, Hal-con and an unsurprising focus on the effervescent Drakaina (NSFW), the modern muse. The praise is well deserved on both accounts and I trust that
It's an interesting experience, working with and knowing a celebrity and never truly experiencing that part of their world. Hal-con acted as the vehicle of introduction for me to the real Drakaina and, as I sat in on the CrimsonDK panel, I quickly came to understand the interest and I won't lie; I got a bit excited about it all myself.
What really captured my attention was the man behind the story and artist behind that kick-ass giant standie: AR,no. Listen to what Hal-con had to say about this guy, because if this doesn't warm your cockles get you excited, I don't know what will.

It's all true. I promise. And he deserves some spotlight. I was actually quite enthralled as he fielded questions and described the story and concept of which he was instrumental in developing.
The CrimsonDK story line follows Drakaina's character as she is sent back in time to right past wrongs.
