Yes, this is a far cry from what I normally do, but man when it links up for the site content I`ll be happy (it does in the end).

So, here goes:

The Damn-Near Impossibles: Feast for the Frost

Let's say there's a band called The Damn-Near Impossibles, and that every week they record themselves writing a song. Let's say this is the first one of those things.

Have a listen-to, then grab that jump and hear the final prod(uct).

I decided to make some minimalist (and not so minimalist) poster style images for various games that I love. I know that this is something that has been done to death but I don't care. When I started making these I put in an effort to not browse around. I want to be able to claim ignorance in case anything I've made is similar to what has been done.

I went largely with games from the NES to SNES era of gaming (the golden and silver age of console gaming if you will). I feel like these games are best fitted to the retro style I went for and also they're the games I grew up with and love. One example below and then more after the jump.
